Serving Fortune 500 companies, prominent GCC firms, and ambitious startups alike, iSprout is known for its stylish, collaborative, and flexible workspaces designed to inspire innovation and productivity.

Problem statement

Stale UI/UX

The old iSprout website had an outdated design that lacked modern aesthetics and user engagement principles. There was no clear visual hierarchy to differentiate between important and secondary content.

Limited Customization

The team needed frequent changes to keep up with new office locations and expansions but had to rely on technical assistance for even minor edits.

Scalability Issues

Each time a new city location was added, the process to list new centers on the site was cumbersome and time-consuming.

Lead Engagement

Forms were basic and often disconnected from the website’s content narrative. Inquiry processes lacked clarity, while CTAs (calls to action) were not strategically placed to drive maximum conversions.

Design strategy

For the design, we adhered to minimalist and professional aesthetics, using the brand color palette for clarity and tech-driven UI elements. We focused on seamless user flow with well-defined CTAs to enhance conversions. A mobile-first approach ensured a smooth cross-device experience, while trust indicators like certifications and customer testimonials were prominently displayed to boost credibility.

  • Marketing and operations teams can now publish new city pages, events, or updates independently, without relying on developers.
  • Content updates that previously took days now take minutes, empowering faster campaigns and real-time responsiveness to market needs .
2. Lead Generation: The introduction of CSV export for form data enabled seamless integration with CRM tools, allowing the sales team to act on leads faster and more efficiently.
3. Efficient Scalability: The AWS S3-based asset management ensured that website performance remains unaffected, even as media-rich content continues to grow. User Activity Over Time:
  • 30-Day Active Users: Increased from 2,464 to 6,434
  • 7-Day Active Users: Grew from 614 to 1,448
