Bailey Specialty Cranes & Aerials (BSCA) is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) based in Muskego, Wisconsin. Established in 2010, the company specializes in designing and manufacturing custom cranes and Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs) for niche markets. Their focus is on engineering and manufacturing specialty lifting products with an emphasis on safety, performance, and innovation.
The old website relied on horizontal scrolling making it difficult for users to locate specific product categories.
While Bailey Cranes is an industry leader with clients like NASA and Boeing, the old website failed to communicate this credibility effectively.

Before initiating the redesign, Quixta conducted an in-depth analysis of Bailey Cranes’ existing digital infrastructure, user behavior, and industry benchmarks.
